Sacred Spaces, Ceremonies & Gatherings

I've enjoyed performing and leading music in many sacred spaces from a variety of spiritual traditions for worship services and ceremonies. I've played for countless funerals as well as hospital and hospice bereavement services. As a long time hospice and bereavement music therapist, I find working in spaces of grief deeply rewarding. I also play for weddings as I'm available.

I play guitar, ukuleles, Native American flutes, meditative percussion, sing, and song lead. I lead music and liturgy most third Sundays at Lyndale Lutheran Church. In my position as Coordinator of Worship Arts and Online Engagement for Good Samaritan United Methodist church, My Sunday morning availability to play Sunday mornings in other churches is far more limited than it used to be, but I can be available for select Sunday mornings or other times of the week.

I have a broad repertoire of hymns, old spirituals, folk, country gospel, world, original meditative music, and some contemporary music. I strive to create interaction with congregations through singing, instrument playing, and movement. I've improvised on the Native American flute with Philip Brunelle, and other organists. I'm also an experienced worship leader and speaker with diverse musical and spiritual influences.
